The Mitsubishi Outlander 2013 will debut in Europe at the fall. And to further stir up the flame, the Japanese announced that a rechargeable hybrid version (Plug-In Hybrid) will be available in the next year!
For the moment, Mitsubishi remains relatively secret on the characteristics of its engine. Just one know the hybrid group will consist of a motor thermal gas and two electric motors, each located on an axle.
Four-wheel drive will always be marketing!
With respect to the operation, just specific Mitsubishi Outlander three driving modes will be proposed: all-electric, series (thermal engine serves as a generator and the advance is ensured by the only electric motors) and parallel (here, the two electric motors supports the thermal engine).
