Jaguar would reflect on the possibility of producing series its concept of Jaguar C-X16 presented last year in Frankfurt. It is Adrian Hallmark, President and CEO of the constructor of Coventry, who revealed to our colleagues from Inside Line.
Concept to success of the last two-year of Frankfurt, the Jaguar C-X16 may soon become a true model of series. The pattern of the mark to the feline, Adrian Hallmark, confirmed to the site Inside Line production was in the study.
Defined as crucial by the mark, the C-X16 is a hybrid Coupe powered equipped with a V6 3.0 380 HP and 450 Nm of torque. This block is supported by an electric motor integrated in the automatic 8-speed transmission able to increase the power of 95 other equidae and 235 Nm additional
Compact (L 4.45 m, l 2.05 m) and H 1.30 m and dynamic, the sport to the Jaguar would directly compete with the German. It would also award between the Porsche Cayman R and the 911 (Type 991) therefore around € 80,000.
Adrian Hallmark also indicated that this car “will be extremely accurate and non-violent“, thus maximizing the pleasure of driving. It must be said that with its 1.500 kg and its generous block, it promises very interesting benefits with a 0 to 100 km/h 4.4 s, and a maximum speed of 300 km/h.
If production was formalized, the model of series would suffer some small modifications to comply with all standards and regulations. Meet the fingers so that by 2015, the Jaguar C-X16 is finally revealed in its final livery!
