Here, I don’t talk Ford, but Shelby American, which will unveil an expanded GT500 coupe version called Shelby GT500 Super Snake. Super Snake will be sold in only 500 copies and available on coupe and convertible versions. Last year, at the Detroit International Auto Show, Shelby American had unveiled a version its GT500 Super Snake, which had a 5.8 liter of 850 horsepower V8 engine.
This year, the company will present its Shelby GT500 Super Snake 2013 which will see its strength be increased by 100 horses, by the addition of a compressor. The latter has been developed on the basis of the Shelby GT500 662 horses.
Aesthetically, it is distinguished by:
- wings extended;
- suspension reinforced;
- the Borla exhaust system;
- 20″ wheels.
Developed in collaboration with Ford Racing, it becomes the GT500 Super Snake the most powerful, never offered.
